Where your money goes
People sometimes imagine that organisers simply collect the money and get it directly to the banks accounts. That is why we see so many rich organisers of swing events 🙂
But the reality is very different. As responsible organisers, We’d like to show you the bigger picture and help you understand the true value behind your ticket.
Creating a magical New Year’s Eve experience comes with significant costs and enormous effort. Performers’ fees alone are at least double on this special night, we rent the venue, but we still have to pay the rent each month, it does not come free. Then there is technical equipment, staff, decorations, security, promotion, logistics, and countless hours of planning and coordination.
Our goal has always been to offer you a high-quality, beautifully curated event at a fair and reasonable price, while ensuring that everyone involved is treated professionally and respectfully.
This is not just a party — it’s a carefully crafted experience made with passion, time, and dedication.
- we will provide a SECURITY GUARD for entrance and more important departure.
- we will buy and prepoare FOOD so you can snack during the night and not go hungry.
- we will buy Cups, paper plates, napkins, cutllery, trash bags, air sanitazers, kitchen towels, toilet paper
- buy, install and then dispose of the NEW YEARs ornaments
- we will buy and bring down the stairs all the DRINKS for you. You can drink what you want all night long – all inclusive.
- we will clean and prepare the venue for you and clean it and take it to the original form again afterwards
- SWING DJS will carefully chose music for your best dancing experience
- SHOW there will be some shows to spice up the happening
- MC HOST will make sure, that the evening runns smoothly and iinteresting
- PEOPLE WORKING behind the bar, serving drinks, preparing food, taking the trash out, cleaning after the spills…
- in order to be able to organize an event we have to pay also author and distribution agencies IPF, SAZAS (and it is not 10€..)
- we will also have to spend money for promotion of event, flyers, social media, so we can get thru to you.
- There will be all kinds of drinks available. But if you have some special brand of drinks, that you simply can just not go without, then you can bring it with you. IF not, we have you sorted.
- As some were assking, YES you can also bring your own food and snacks if you wish. No problem. Just be sure to also put it in the trash, when you finish enjoying it.
